Move Around - Beautynhealth.com

One thing I learned from my 65 year old father is that you need to move around in order to stay healthy! No, I'm nof fitness guru, but I do have my military career to thank for my fitness training. Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body around at home or in the office.

There are many easy ways to move around at home or at work. I make time day to day to walk from my desk to the outside even if its to get fresh air or make a quick call or just to soak up some of the beautiful Oregon sunshine. I mange to stand up every couple hours and get something to drink or just to strech.

At home the task can be even easier...walk your pet; chase your kids if you have them; do some yard work, or just walk around your home checking for open windows or what ever it takes to get you moving.

Moving around not only helps your blood circulation, but its also theraputic, helps calm you down, reduces stess and even anger. It doesn't have to be an hour or two at the gym or some stressful exercise... moving around should be stress free ~ just simply move around!
